Purpose: To facilitate adult Volunteers in Mission Teams wanting an urban experience in the city of Detroit.

Housing; beds and showers (locations will rotate not to burden one congregation)

- Cass Community Social Services (Cass Community United Methodist Church) Detroit
- NOAH Project (Central United Methodist Church) Detroit
- Joy Southfield Health Clinic (Second Grace United Methodist Church) Detroit
- Baldwin Center - Pontiac
- The 96 congregations of the Detroit East and West Districts of the United Methodist Church
An apartment to be renovated in MOM’S Place
Mission Opportunities include:
- Assist in a Health Clinic
- Prepare and serve meals to the homeless
- Home repairs - everything from painting to plumbing
- Assist in youth and education buildings and other facilities
- Street outreach ministry
- Motown Mission
- Much more
