Church Trustee Information and Forms
By October 1 of each year, churches need to complete and file the Department of Energy, Labor & Economic Growth Nonprofit Corporation Information Update form (PDF) with the State of Michigan.

For the Church Charge Conference an Annual Report of Trustees will need to be submitted.
